Joanne Allen
Joanne (Managing Director) specialises in all aspects of Personal Injury law with a specialisation in credit hire. Joanne manages and supervises the firm’s personal injury teams.
Dawn O’Brien
Dawn O’Brien (Chief Executive – called to the Bar in 2006) specialises in Personal Injury law with an emphasis on Costs. Dawn deals with the firm’s appeals, and supervises the Ministry of Justice, Enforcement and Cost departments in the firm.
Samantha Moss
Samantha (Director) deals with a range of Personal Injury matters. In addition, Samantha specialises in Professional Negligence.
John Dry
John Dry is an experienced fee earner who heads our technical team. John is specialised in dealing in all areas of liability disputes, allegations of fraud and low velocity impact claims.
Michael Worswick
Michael is a team leader of a personal injury team with the firm and specialises in credit hire.
Kelly Smith
Kelly is solicitor with Armstrongs working in the Personal Injury team.
Ben Gill
Ben is solicitor with Armstrongs working in the Personal Injury team.
Jessica Morgan
Jessica (Solicitor) heads our Enforcement department and is specialised in all areas of enforcement of judgment orders and debt recovery.
Dave Morris
A fee earner of over 30 years experience. Dave has vast experience in dealing with high value cases often involving difficult legal issues.
Alison Baker
Alison is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has been since 1981. She joined the firm from a large well established law firm, and heads our court section, and regularly appears in front of District Judges in interlocutory matters.
